Orders

When you place an order with us we will contact you to discuss and confirm the order details.

Prices

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at current rates. There is a small charge for packing and delivery. For orders outside a 5 mile radius of the shop in Treharris, a national overnight carrier is used. This is subject to a surcharge which will be agreed before the order is accepted.

Payment

The order must be paid in full upon delivery. Cash or a cheque made payable to “Cig Mynydd Cymru” are accepted. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. For orders outside the 5 mile radius of the shop where a national carrier is used, payment by cheque must be received before the order is dispatched.

Cancellations and returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by e mail or by telephoning the shop 01443 413195 before we pack the goods for you. Once the goods have been packed for delivery, the order can not be cancelled.
If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, we will meet the cost of return.

Complaints Procedure

We undertake to handle all complaints fairly and competently. We will keep you informed at each stage and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.
