Specialists in Organic Meat, Welsh Black Beef and Welsh Mountain Lamb in South Wales.
Welsh Black Beef
All the beef is reared on the members’ farms. The cattle, bred from pedigree cows and bulls, graze the hill pastures of the South Wales Valleys.
The cattle are slaughtered locally and the beef hung for approx 2 weeks. The beef is renowned for its eating qualities and flavour.

Welsh Mountain Lamb
The native sheep to the South Wales Valleys – the breed is renowned for its hardiness and good mothering abilities.
The lamb has an excellent flavour and texture. All the lamb comes from sheep bred on the members’ farms and is slaughtered locally in Caerphilly.

Organic Meat
All the organic meat has been reared on Penrhiw Farm which nestles on the hillside between Trelewis and Bedlinog.
The Aberdeen Angus cattle thrive on the organic upland pastures and readily produce good quality beef. Aberdeen Angus cattle are renowned throughout the world for producing tender and succulent beef. The flock of South Wales Mountain ewes produce tasty, tender lamb which is available all the year around.
